Yoga for Well-being (therapeutic)
WE BELIEVE YOGA IS FOR EVERYBODY

All yoga is healing by nature, but the instructor here has additional skills in therapeutic filled and energy healing, and there is much more to be involved focusing on the individual needs of each student applying the yoga practice to alleviate specific problems (mental, physical, or spiritual) so you can use your practice as a therapeutic tool. You will learn more about your special needs and how to address them for a safe and rewarding yoga practice.

this program will include 8 classes each is 90 min

we will target

  • Correcting postures for lower back (asanas and stretches)
  • Keeping on track with your knees
  • Healthy hips
  • Rounded shoulders
  • Mental health
  • some cleansing therapy to cure yourself from certain diseases

Welling-being yoga consists of 8 classes will be as follows:

2 classes of therapeutic yoga

2 classes of fit ball yoga

1 class of Yin yoga

1 class of Air yoga

1 class of breath work and restorative yoga

1 class of meditation

☆ cleansing therapy will be discussed 15 mins at the beginning of each class according to the class needs like colon, kidney, liver, joints, and mouth
